World Vision Zambia

World Vision began working in Zambia in 1981 with three community development projects in Northern Lusaka.

Today, World Vision Zambia works in over 72 districts across ten provinces to serve vulnerable children and communities in the country. With a workforce of over 500 professional staff, we work closely with communities, partners, and the Government of the Republic of Zambia to ensure vulnerable children live life in all its fullness.

Through area programs, World Vision's interventions have addressed food insecurity issues, primarily through agriculture, water and sanitation, education, health, infrastructure development, livelihood and child protection in transforming the lives of vulnerable children, women and families.

Improving children's well-being and futures continues to be the focus of everything we do.
